Romantic Reed Hall Engagement Shoot

Funnily enough as I suggested the location of Reed Hall at Exeter University to Jess, I discovered that she actually goes there herself! It has the most amazing architecture and planting, with its own sunken garden. The slope of peonies I saw being planted 2 years ago were actually blooming so we were very fortunate! Plus the sun was out for us so we had some gorgeous backlighting as we made our way around the garden. Jess was going to wear a red dress then changed her mind and wore this lovely pink floral dress, which seemed to work so perfectly with the location. We finished off with some shots at the lake, and got followed round by a moorhen family. Jess and Ed are going to be married in the fantastic Exeter Cathedral next year in July.
