Summer Rustic Barn and Church Wedding

Rachael and Scott got married last week in sunny Devon. It was such a wonderful day, with a proper relaxed party atmosphere and with the couple mainly mingling with guests. They are such a kind couple; every decision they made seemed to have their guests' comfort and enjoyment in mind. We started off at the striking St Andrews Church, briefly popped to their special gate overlooking the rolling fields around Cullompton, then off to a very rustic reception at the Corn Barn, where we did some couple portraits in their orchard. Rachael and Scott are very creative and created a lot themselves, like the picnic hampers, confetti and instead of doing a cake cutting - they cut a log instead! Rachael's bouquet was comprised of English Roses and the special Flame Lily that they grew themselves specially - Zimbabwe's national flower, a nod to Scott's background! The day was very much suited to their playful personalities.
